Paying is deliberately boring
Subscriptions run through PayPal — you check out with your PayPal account, manage or cancel the subscription inside PayPal, and your UptimeVitals plan follows automatically. Annual plans are a single payment per year. No card details ever touch our servers.
Need more than 50 sites, or a done-for-you email authentication setup? Talk to us — setup help is a flat one-time fee, quoted before any work.
Pricing questions
What counts as a "site"?
One domain — its website, SSL certificate and email authentication together. blog.example.com and example.com are one site if they share the domain's mail setup; separate domains are separate sites.
Can I change plans later?
Any time. Upgrades apply immediately; downgrades apply at the end of the current paid period. Extra sites beyond a plan can be added at $1/site/mo — email us and we'll set it up rather than forcing a tier jump.
Is there a contract or setup fee?
None. Monthly plans are month-to-month; annual plans are one payment a year. Cancel in PayPal and monitoring continues until the period you paid for ends.
Do you offer refunds?
If the service fails you in the first 30 days of a paid plan, email us — we'll refund it. After that, cancelling stops the next renewal.
