Blacklist monitoring Domain and mail-server listings on the major blocklists, checked on every health scan. | ✓ | ✓ | ✓ | ✓ |

Pricing questions
What counts as a "site"?
One domain — its website, SSL certificate and email authentication together. blog.example.com and example.com are one site if they share the domain's mail setup; separate domains are separate sites.
What is the difference between the uptime check and the full health scan?
The uptime check simply loads your site and times it — that is the fast heartbeat, running every 1–5 minutes on paid plans. The full health scan is the deep panel (SSL, SPF, DKIM, DMARC, DNS diff, blacklist, domain expiry) and runs every 12 hours on paid plans, daily on Free.
Will I get false alarms?
No — a downtime alert is emailed only after a second check confirms the first failure, and the recovery email follows when the site answers again. Momentary blips are recorded in your history but never emailed.
How do I pay?
Paid plans are subscriptions — monthly, or annual at 20% less. You can pay with PayPal. Checkout runs on the provider's secure pages; manage or cancel there or from your Billing page, and your UptimeVitals plan follows automatically. No card details ever touch our servers.
Can I change plans later?
Any time. Your plan follows your active PayPal subscription, so switching plans is switching the subscription from the Billing page — the new plan activates the moment PayPal confirms the payment.
Is there a contract or setup fee?
None. Monthly plans are month-to-month; annual plans are one payment a year. Cancel in PayPal and monitoring continues until the period you paid for ends.
Do you offer refunds?
If the service fails you in the first 30 days of a paid plan, email us — we'll refund it. After that, cancelling stops the next renewal.
Why is email authentication in every plan, even Free?
Because it is the check most likely to save you real money. A broken SPF record or a lapsed DMARC policy quietly diverts invoices and password resets to spam — the monitoring costs the same to run for everyone, so we never paywalled it.
