Not receiving emails
Last updated October 21, 2026
- Check spam first. If a message is there, mark it "Not spam" and add [email protected] to your contacts — that trains your mailbox for the next one.
- Check where mail should go. Settings → Profile: if you set an alert email, alerts and digests go there, not to your account email.
- Never verified? Sign in, open Add a site, and use the Resend button — adding sites stays locked until you verify.
- Digest vs alerts. The digest only goes to accounts with at least one active site, and only if you haven't switched it off. Incident alerts are separate — if you get alerts but no digest, the digest is probably off; if you get neither, start at step 1.
- New domains take time. Mail from a young domain lands in spam more often at first; a sender reputation builds over weeks, not days.
Still nothing? Contact support and say which mailbox and which message type is missing.
