The message means your plan's site count is full: Free allows 1 site, Starter 3, Pro 15, Agency 50. Your usage ("X of N sites used") is in the sidebar and on the Sites page header.
You have two options:
- Upgrade — Billing → pick a plan with room for your sites.
- Free a slot — open a site you no longer watch and remove it. Removing deletes its checks, history, and incidents, so only remove sites you truly no longer need.
